Services
Owned and operated by a Registered Nurse, we offer a proactive medical approach to your aftercare experience. As your concierge RN, we aim to provide comfortable comprehensive post-operative care, education and coordination of care with your physician in the comfort of your home, hotel or Air BNB.
Care Coordination
& Transportation
We will communicate any of your recovery needs or updates as necessary with your physician and staff and coordinate care as ordered. If needed we are able to assist you with discharge and provide transportation from the surgical center to your recovery location.
Education
We aim to keep you well informed and supported throughout the process and help provide a better understanding of what to expect. We will review your post-operative instructions and answer any questions. To help better prepare you for surgery and recovery we will provide education and information about your procedure and help assess any post-operative needs.

AFTERCARE ASSIST: 4 HOURS
- Pre-operative education and assist with coordination
- Assist with discharge and transportation to recovery location
- Pick up prescriptions as needed
- Ensure you are settled and resting comfortably
- Assessment and vital signs
- Education on discharge instructions and medications
AFTERCARE COMFORT: 6 HOURSIncludes all services in Aftercare Assist package plus:
- Ambulation/ADL assistance
- Medication management
AFTERCARE RECOVERY: 8 HOURSIncludes all services in Aftercare Comfort package plus:
- Drain and wound care
- Light Meal coordination/preparation
12 HOURS
Includes all services in Aftercare Recovery package plus:
- Bathing and Grooming assistance
- 4 hours of continued nursing care and assessment
ULTIMATE AFTERCARE: 24 HOURS Includes all services in Extended Aftercare package plus:
- Additional 12 hours of personal (quality) nursing care to allow you to focus on rest and recovery.
